More importantly, this work is shaped by decades of lived experience – walking alongside families, educators, and my own children – learning what connection looks like when life is real, not curated.<\/p>\n

This is not \u201cConnected Parenting\u201d as a philosophy. It is relational regulation, emotional literacy and repair – applied in real families, schools, and bodies.<\/p>\n
This work is for families, educators, and individuals who want less reacivity and more trust.<\/p>\n
I support parents, caregivers, teachers and other professionals in building relationships rooted in emotional safety, nervous system awareness, and honest connection – especially during times of stress, transition or family change.<\/p>\n
This includes working with individuals and families navigating separation or divorce, where the emotional load can feel overwhelming. The focus is on supporting both parents and children to move through change with greater steadiness, care, and relational support.<\/p>\n
