About Jody

I work with parents, families, and professionals who want support navigating the emotional realities of daily life – particularly during moments of rupture, transition or change. From disconnection to connection.

This work is shaped by decades of lived experience – walking alongside families, educators, and my own children
– learning what connection looks like when life is real, not curated.

With a background including Montessori teacher training and school foundership, Connected Parenting Practitioner
certification, and ongoing study and training in trauma-informed care, Compassionate Inquiry, Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation.

More importantly this work is shaped by decades of lived experience
– walking alongside families, educators, and my own children
– learning what connection feels like when life is real, not curated.

The leopard spirit harmonics.

A way of operating in the world. Focused power held in restraint.

It is not force expressed through dominance or display. It is strength, attentive and precise. The leopard observes before it moves.
Energy is conserved with careful action only when alignment is present. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is rushed.

As a way, this reflects deeper ethics: power is most effective when governed by discernment. Restraint is not hesitation—it is attunement.
Stillness is not passivity—it is readiness. Action emerges not from urgency, but from clarity.

Embodiment is presence over performance, accuracy over excess, and responsiveness over force. Boundaries are honoured.
Complexity is protected. Recognition in knowing when not to act is as important as knowing when to move.

With this, the leopard does not represent aggression or solitude, but attuned engagement the ability to remain fully alert while grounded, strong without being intrusive, and decisive without being overwhelming.

Silent Authority

The leopard does not announce itself, moving with economy, precision, and discernment. There is competence without display—power that does not need validation. Restraint is wiser than exposure.

Sovereign Boundaries

Solitary. This solitude is not isolation but self-sufficiency. Clarity in energetic boundaries. A knowing when to engage and when to remain unseen. It does not seek dominance—only coherence.

Shadow Integration

Leopards hunt at dusk and night. There is comfort in the liminal—with ability to operate where things are unclear, emotionally or psychologically. In it exists an invitation to integrate instinct and shadow without being consumed by them.

Precision Over Force

Among the most effective. There is efficiency of action—waiting for alignment rather than forcing outcomes. In human terms: right action, right moment.
