I provide relational support for parents and families navigating emotional stress, behavioural concerns, and family transitions, including separation and divorce.

I support families in reducing reactivity, strengthening communication, and fostering emotional safety for children across home and school environments.
This work is non-clinical and non-legal in nature and compliments therapeutic, educational, and meditation-based supports.

This work is gentle, paced and responsive.

Any parents and caregivers I work with are carrying more than they realize-stress, grief, unresolved experiences, or the quiet exhaustion of holding things together for too long.

We stay with what is present, setting aside insight and change until a sense of safety has been established.

This includes:

• Understanding behaviour as communication
• Prioritizing regulation before resolution
