Connected Parenting
This work focuses on:
- Reducing reactivity
- Parenting ourselves
- Supporting children through big transitions
- Strengthening communication and repair
- Helping parents feel more grounded and capable
Working Together
My background includes Montessori teaching and school foundership, Connected Parenting Practitioner certification, and ongoing study and training in trauma-informed care, Compassionate Inquiry, Yoga, Reiki and Meditation.
More importantly, this work is shaped by decades of lived experience – walking alongside families, educators, and my own children – learning what connection looks like when life is real, not curated.
How We May Work Together
- One-on-one support for parents and individuals
- Family sessions, including support during separation or divorce
- Mentoring for practitioners and program graduates
- Community-based and school-centred relational work
Sessions are available in Toronto, Muskoka and online.
If something here feels familiar – if you’re tired of holding it together, or curious about what’s possible when relationship becomes the starting point, reach out.
Connection doesn’t require certainty. It begins with presence.
Connect
Attunement Under Pressure Training
This work lives at the intersection of parenting, education, and embodied presence – where real change happens not through fixing behaviour, but through restoring relationship.
This is not “Connected Parenting” as a philosophy. It is relational regulation, emotional literacy and repair – applied in real families, schools, and bodies.
This work is for families, educators, and individuals who want less reacivity and more trust.
I support parents, caregivers, teachers and other professionals in building relationships rooted in emotional safety, nervous system awareness, and honest connection – especially during times of stress, transition or family change.
This includes working with individuals and families navigating separation or divorce, where the emotional load can feel overwhelming. The focus is on supporting both parents and children to move through change with greater steadiness, care, and relational support.
What Makes This Work Different
This approach is not about perfection, compliance, or prescriptive parenting strategies.
It is about:
- Learning how regulation actually works in real moments
- Understanding what’s happening beneath the behaviour
- Developing the capacity to stay present when things get hard
The result is not “better kids” for “calmer homes” as an ideal – but more trust, repair,
and resilience over time. Harmonization.
